This blog is nothing except food I like to cook and eat. If other people find they enjoy it too, that’s great.
I love to cook and most of my time is spend thinking about what I’m going to be making and eating next. I devour (pun intended) cookery programmes, articles and books but usually end up making my own recipes up on the hoof.
Where I borrow from other food writers or chefs, I will always try to credit them, where possible.
All the recipes have been tried several times. Most are reasonably healthy and when they are not, it is always stated. I would love any feedback or recipe ideas which I will happily try out.

Let’s share the foodie love.

We all need to eat, so why not make it as enjoyable as possible?

Super sentiments, I love to cook and eat too, and have a massive collection of (other people’s) recipes but I am desperately trying to find the Joceline Dimbleby salmon and cucumber mousse recipe that I used to make, however the recipe was lost years ago. In the retro spirit of the best recipe searchers, do you have any ideas or suggestions ?
